Festival of Lights - Annually ~ 31 December

This event is a Community Project coordinated by the Bethesda Foundation & has delighted thousands of people from all over the world ~ a unique way to see in the New Year.

The highlight of the evening is walking and singing with handmade lanterns in the parade which snakes through the village. Thereafter you can enjoy local foods at a braai (barbeque) at the Bethesda Arts Centre ~ accompanied by dancing with a live band under the stars.
